What You’ll Learn
Hands-on IT support and asset lifecycle management in a global enterprise environment
ServiceNow basics, ITAM processes, and automation tools
Best practices in hardware/software provisioning and end-user support
Exposure to agile methodologies and IT project collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience supporting a dynamic creative studio environment
Qualifications
Currently enrolled at a U.S. university, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Experience with API integrations and/or software development is a plus
Exposure to ITAM/ITSM systems (especially ServiceNow) is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
