About the Hiring Team
What the Role Entails
1. SaaS Lifecycle Governance
Manage the day-to-day operations and full lifecycle of overseas SaaS applications, including account provisioning, access control, license management, and configuration administration, to ensure platform stability and compliant usage.
2. L2 Technical Support and Vendor Coordination
Handle escalated and complex SaaS-related technical issues from the service desk, serve as the technical point of contact for SaaS vendors, and coordinate troubleshooting and resolution to ensure the availability of critical business systems.
3. Requirement Coordination and Solution Design
Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and pain points, evaluate and recommend suitable SaaS tools or feature solutions, and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business goals and successfully implemented.

What the Role Entails
Design & Implementation: Assist the Project Lead with rule design and detailing for core game systems, gameplay mechanics, and level design.
Documentation & Content Production: Help write clear, standardized Game Design Documents (GDD). Handle daily configuration and data maintenance to ensure developer and art teams accurately understand design intentions. Generate specific in-game content based on assigned requirements and scope.
Tracking, Testing & Tuning: Assist in tracking development progress. Participate in daily playtesting and balance testing. Collect and organize test feedback to help drive bug fixes and gameplay optimization.

Who We Look For

Solid programming skills in Python and PyTorch/JAX
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (2026 graduation).
OS: Linux/Unix system administration.
