The S3 HR and Management Line follows a "User-Focused and Employee-Oriented" philosophy and employs a three-pillar HR organization model. By offering "productized services and marketized management," the S3 HR and Management Line provides comprehensive support for developing Tencent's organization, talent, and culture, enabling employees to grow with the company.
What the Role Entails
Support in organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for the Amsterdam office
Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR…
